Cancellations

The staff earn their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs. When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving at LEAST a 24hr notice your service provider misses the opportunity to fill that time slot which is time wasted and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to have a service they really wanted. Time allotted for your appointment is reserved specifically for you! In order to keep this schedule policy working, we require any cancellation received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the full-service price.

 

Payment

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Google and Apple Pay as well as Zelle payments.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards expire two (2) years from the purchase date. Please visit the gift card page for more details.

 

Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 2 days of your service visit. If a client is dissatisfied with the service received, reasonable efforts will be made to make adjustments. Any adjustments will be determined on an individual basis at the sole discretion of management and require the involvement of the client as well as the stylist.
