General loc maintenance includes a customized shampoo treatment, nourishing oil application and leave in conditioner followed by the traditional palm roll method and a bit of end clipping if needed. $100 is the base price. Time allotted for your appointment is reserved specifically for you! When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving at LEAST a 24hr notice your service provider misses the opportunity to fill that time slot which is time wasted and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to have a service they really wanted. We require 24-hour notice of cancellation of an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled in time a 100% service charge will apply. 72 hour notice for all services of 4 hours or more is needed for a full refund.
